This sharp looking MGB Roadster is as handsome as the pictures reflect. The last two owners of this British Roadster were Presidents of the British Car Club. The car is well sorted mechanically and could be driven anywhere. Bushings are in good order, shocks are solid, transmission is tight with good synchros, engine has the following compression numbers: #1 cyl-125 lbs,#2 cyl-125 lbs,#3 cyl- 125 lbs,#4 cyl-125 lbs. How long has it been since you witnessed absolutely even compression numbers across the board? The paint and chrome is good with no pitting in the chrome. The soft top is good with a good tight boot. Seats, carpets, door cards ,are all in good condition. The dash has no cracks or warping. Gauges are all crisp and work as designed.
The floorboards are original and void of rust and rust history (the car is a southern states car).
Review the pictures of this car and note how crisp all the light lenses are, note how well all the body panels have factory straight gaps. The original factory spot wields are present and visible on wheel well openings as well as rear panels, the car has never been in trouble.
