This lovely 1968 Citroen DS21 Pallas was the subject of a complete nut and bolt restoration during 2021, using genuine Citroen parts. The main structure was completely rebuilt by DS Workshops on a jig; there's also been a complete mechanical rebuild too plus a new loom, interior, wheels and tyres. An electronic ignition is fitted and there's also unleaded valve seats, a high-torque starter motor and new gaiters on the rear height rams. A full service has recently been carried out. The car was new to Jersey in 1968; it came to the UK mainland and was registered here in May 2010. Its odometer shows 92,277km (57,338 miles) and its MoT is valid until April 2026 even though, as an historic vehicle, it no longer requires annual testing. The pass was with no advisories. The car runs and drives and recently completed a 200-mile round trip.
Paperwork includes the V5C, various invoices, Citroen Car Club magazines, workshop and repair manuals (including a full Citroen one), French Citroen dealership guide and Jersey 1991 tax disc. There's also a copy of Practical Classics magazine from April 2010 profiling French cars.
